Rain is coming (been over a month) from over the top of The Cerro Pedernal, which is just North a short drive from Estancia Chula. The name is Spanish for "flint hill". The Pedernal was made famous by the many paintings of it by Georgia O'Keefe. A must see in Northern New Mexico.
Love the website and videos. Such wonderful non-human animals and human animals. I don't remember that rain from June 6. Glad we had some!!! So glad to have you next door.
